Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with BrushSafe. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:
– Item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived
– Original packaging included
– Proof of purchase required

Return Address

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send items back before receiving approval, as they will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Used items
– Items without original packaging
– Gift cards
– Final sale items


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest method is:
Return your item → Once approved, make a new purchase for the item you want.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
– Refund is issued to your original payment method
– Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (your bank may take additional time)
